Refund policy

At BADGERS, every product is crafted with precision and intent. To maintain quality and fairness, we follow a 30-day refund policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The product is damaged or torn upon delivery
  • There is a fabric or material defect
  • The print/design is faulty
  • The product is significantly different from what was shown on our website

In such cases, we take full responsibility and will offer a refund or replacement after inspection.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Expectation mismatch (e.g. fabric feel, color perception)
  • Incorrect size selection

All product details, sizing, and fabric descriptions are clearly mentioned on our website. Customers are expected to review these before purchasing.

 

SIZE & FIT ISSUES

  • If the size does not fit, we offer exchange only (no refunds)
  • Our team will assist you in finding the correct size

 

EXCHANGE LIMIT

  • Exchanges are allowed only 1–2 times per order
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • With original tags and packaging intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

 

CONDITIONS

  • Issues must be reported with valid proof (images/videos)
  • Refunds will not be processed if the product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • If the issue is not from our end, only an exchange (not refund) may be considered at our discretion

 

REFUND PROCESS

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
